EASY MEAL PREP/SNACK IDEAS

Hello Again...

Today I want to share some easy meal prep/snack ideas. These are foods are not just for my personal food prep but also for the whole family to enjoy. Let me know if you try any of these ideas or have any additional foods to share that you find easy to prep.

Sweet Potatoes
Peel, Slice and bake!
That simple, Put oven around 375 bake for 20 min or so, flip and bake again till both sides are slightly brown. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt (optional)

Boiled Eggs
My kids love helping me peel these and eating them.
Put water to boil, place eggs in water, set timer for about 12 minutes for a dozen eggs, when done place under cold water for a minute. Peel and enjoy!

Turkey Meatballs
2 lbs of turkey meat, 4 eggs, cup of oats,
seasoning (I use adobo and italian spices)
mix ingredients well

Then place on baking sheet in patties or meatball shapes.
My kids like when I make them in mini muffin pan so that's what I do
Bake for 30-40 min depending on size of patty/meatball at 375
(You can use spaghetti sauce as dip)

Last two items I want to share with you are veggie burgers and turkey bacon.
If you are really in a pinch for time you can stick both items in the microwave, but if you have time heat them up on a skillet. Super easy, take out of package and heat up.

Hope this gives you some new ideas for snacks and meal prep.
Check out my video showing these tips.
